Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Streamline Shoes ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Streamline Shoes ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  FREE domestic ground shipping on all orders $75.00 and over, $10.00 for orders under $75.00 and $25.00 for priority. After you place your order, you will receive an automated response confirming your online purchase. If this e-mail is not received immediately, your order was not successfully completed. Please reorder or contact us via e-mail orders@streamlineshoes.com or call us 916-803-SHOE (7463). Please allow two business days for order processing and at least 5 to 7 business days for shipment of in-stock items; additional delivery time may be necessary for custom, special orders and back-ordered items.

Return Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options).  Streamline Shoes reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for some reason you need to send your order back, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or within 6 months for a streamlineshoes.com store credit.

All Shoes must be in their original unworn condition.  Please try on your shoes on carpeting to prevent scuffing.  streamlineshoes.com does not guarantee wear and tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.

Shoes must be received in their original packaging (usually a shoe box).  However, when you ship the shoe box back to us for exchange or return please place it inside a packing box to avoid damage. Do not stick a shipping label directly on the shoe box and mail it.  Shoes shipped only in the shoe box without protective shipping packaging will be charged $8.00 for re-boxing.

Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer.  Streamline Shoes ONLY pays for return shipping if there is a manufactures defect.

Miscellaneous

How do I exchange my shoes?

* Call our Customer Service Center 916-803-SHOE to request a Return Authorization number and USPS label for your Free Exchange shipping due to manufactures defect or use one provided in shipment if applicable.  Live Customer Service is available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. PST.  We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  Give us a call and our expert Customer Service Representatives will help you.

* Once we have confirmed the exchange, you will receive an email (within 24 hours) with the USPS label attached.  You will need to print this out and tape it to your return box.  Complete the Customer Information section and the Return and Exchange Items section of the streamlineshoes.com Shoe Return Form if one is not provided in shipment.  This form may have been packaged with your shoes. If not call and we will email you a copy.  Be sure to clearly print your Return Authorization Number or Order Number in the space provided.  The exchange must be returned to us in the original shoebox and the shoes should not show signs of wear.  Prepaid exchange labels are to be used exclusively for making an exchange or return of defective merchandise only.  If no exchange is made customers will be charged the $10 return label cost.

* Take the package to your local USPS location. If you use our label, all USPS shipping charges will be billed to us.  Your exchange will be shipped to you with no additional shipping charge.

Return Shipping to be paid by the customer for any return other than a manufacturer defect.
